Erin Miller Rankin is a Partner and the Head of Construction-Middle east and Africa at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. She advises on all aspects of complex construction and infrastructure projects in South East Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Erin has particular experience of projects in the power, oil & gas and transport sectors.

In the arbitration realm, Erin regularly advises on resolving construction-related disputes including the representation of clients in ad-hoc, UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, ADCCAC and DIAC arbitration proceedings.  She sits as an arbitrator on state and construction disputes.
