Michael Davison is a Partner and the Head of the Litigation, Arbitration and Employment Practice Group at Hogan Lovells. He specialises in arbitration disputes bordering on automotive, aerospace, defense, energy, telecommunications and commodities industries.
He has extensive experience of all forms of arbitration under rules of all major institutions: eg, ICSID, ICC, LCIA, CIETAC, SIAC, Cairo Centre, ICDR and Stockholm Arbitration Institute. He has represented several clients in court applications ancillary to arbitrations in England, Cyprus, France, Bermuda, BVI and Hong Kong.
